Kyri Hadjisoteris has been involved in the real estate industry for over 17 years, predominantly in finance. Having commenced his career with RBS on their graduate programme, Kyri then spent over 11 years at Investec Bank Plc and was more recently, at ASK Partners. Consequently, his experience crosses a multitude of sectors and covers all aspects of the capital stack (senior debt, mezzanine and equity).

In 2017, Kyri established the UK office for a European property development and investment company, where he oversaw their London projects. These deals were either in planning, being developed or income producing. When he left, the GDV of this portfolio had grown to c£300m.

In November 2020, Kyri began focusing on his own entrepreneurial endeavours, which includes strategic consultancy work for real estate companies. He will be working for Roca as a consultant, where his focus will primarily be on the equity side of the capital stack. Kyri has a Msc in Economics and Financial Economics from Nottingham University, as well as an AMCT from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
