As co-founder, Ray has been presiding over Roca’s acquisitions and strategy for over 20 years and he is well known in the industry for his deal-making and negotiative expertise. His thorough technical knowledge and shrewd ability to cut through detail to quickly identify opportunities has ensured that Roca has been able to move decisively, to secure a multitude of mixed asset class investment and development opportunities. Ray is passionate about realising reversionary value through strategic asset management and planning gain, placing a special emphasis on sustainable schemes and the demands and needs of the local community. Ray has an honours degree from Middlesex University.
